Leite & Surfer Tax-Bookkeeping Inc was established in 1991 by Jimmy Leite and Michael Surfer in the Fredericksburg metropolitan area, initially operating from a lawn mower repair shop on White Oak Road (Holly Ridge Small Engine). As the business flourished, they moved to a more permanent location on Route 17, Warrenton Road.
In 2014, with the retirement of the founders, Michael's daughter, Debra, who ensured that the company's commitment to providing efficient, friendly, and professional payroll, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services remained intact.
In April 2019, Leite & Surfer Tax-Bookkeeping Inc relocated to its current office on Madison Avenue, continuing to cater to the community's financial needs with unwavering dedication throughout the year.
